FIRE STATION #14 – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Submission Deadline 3/21/17

Salt Lake City invites Utah artists or artist-led teams to submit proposals and applications for a public art commission at Fire Station #14 located at 3800 West California Avenue. The new net-zero station will support firefighters’ day-to-day experiences in an urban and industrial district. Building materials will respond to the environment while providing a welcoming glow to the public.  The project budget is $60,000 and is inclusive of all artist’s fees and related expenses for design, supplies, fabrication, insurance, transportation, permits, and installation.
